Canvas & Ivy Trade Program — SMS Opt-In Disclosure
This page documents exactly how interior-design trade partners consent to receive text messages from Canvas & Ivy, and reproduces in full the consent language displayed at the point where we collect a mobile phone number.
Where opt-in happens
Opt-in occurs on the Canvas & Ivy Trade Program application form at https://canvasandivy.com/pages/trade-application. The form collects business details and an optional mobile phone number.

How consent is obtained
- The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. The applicant must actively check it to opt in.
- It is a separate, SMS-only checkbox, distinct from the email marketing consent checkbox. A single opt-in never enrolls a user in more than one program.
- Consent is not required to submit the application, to create an account, or to make a purchase.
- Messaging consent is not bundled into our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other agreement.
