We are headquartered in Fayetteville, AR. Wallpaper is printed to order at our European production facility, then shipped to you.

Why does tracking show “Label created” or long gaps?
FedEx sometimes skips the first scan. Tracking often updates at the next hub, and sometimes at delivery.

Why are samples not to scale?
An 8" x 10" swatch cannot show a 24" repeat at full scale. Samples are for color and material. Panels are true scale.

My Peel & Stick is lifting or bubbling
Most issues come from wall texture, paint finish or curing, dust, humidity, or overhandling during install.
Shipping & Tracking
Is my order really coming from Europe? Your site says Fayetteville. Origin
Yes, the tracking origin is expected. Canvas & Ivy is headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our wallpaper is designed by our team in Fayetteville and printed to order at our European production facility. Tracking often shows LV (Latvia) and other European hubs such as Poland or Belgium on the way to the United States.
Do I need the Shop app to track my order? Tracking
No. You can track directly with the carrier using your tracking number. The Shop app is optional.
Will I pay duties, tariffs, or import fees? Fees
In the vast majority of cases, customers do not pay any additional fees on delivery. If a carrier ever requests payment, contact us immediately with the notice and your order number.
How long do production and shipping usually take? Timing
Production: Most orders print and pack in about 3 to 5 business days.
Transit: Samples ship standard and can take longer. Full rolls ship expedited and typically move quickly once scanned by the carrier.
Holiday periods, customs processing, and carrier volume can add time. If you have a firm deadline, reach out before ordering and we will give you a realistic expectation.
Why does tracking show long gaps or only “Label created”? Scans
This is common with international shipments. The carrier may skip the first scan, which makes tracking look unchanged even while the parcel is moving. Tracking often updates at the next hub, and sometimes it updates at delivery.
If there is no movement for more than three business days, contact support with your tracking number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
My tracking says “Returned to shipper” or “Delivery exception”. What happens now? Exceptions
Delivery exceptions usually happen when the carrier cannot complete delivery or needs recipient action. If the carrier requests address confirmation or delivery instructions, responding quickly is the best way to prevent a return.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or missed recipient action, reshipment fees may apply.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the package. Delivered
Check porches, side doors, mail rooms, and with neighbors or building staff. Many samples arrive in flat envelopes and can be easy to miss.
If it is still missing by the next business day, report it to the carrier using your tracking number and contact us so we can document the issue on our side.
Samples & Panels
Why are samples not to scale? Scale
Because of physical limitations. Many designs have a 24 inch repeat or larger. An 8 inch by 10 inch sample cannot show a full repeat at true scale.
Samples are designed to show color, print quality, and material feel in your lighting.
My sample looks smaller than the photos on the product page. Which is accurate? Photos
The product photos show the wallpaper installed at full scale. The sample is a small swatch and is not to scale.
If scale is the deciding factor, use a 24 inch by 24 inch panel.
My sample feels like polyester. Is the real wallpaper paper? Materials
Peel and Stick samples are a polyester based material by design. We also offer Traditional and Pre Pasted options that have a more paper like feel.
Rolls & Sizing
What is the unit? Is pricing per roll or per square foot? Pricing
Wallpaper is sold by the roll. The square foot price shown on product pages is a reference for comparing coverage.
Common sizes are 24 inches by 13 feet (single roll) and 24 inches by 27 feet (double roll). Each product page lists the exact coverage and price for each option.
Can you print all rolls for my project in the same batch? Batch
Yes. The best way to keep a project consistent is to order all rolls together. If you place multiple orders, contact us immediately with your order numbers so we can attempt to align them in the same production run.
Can you guarantee the exact number of rolls I will use? Estimates
No. Calculations are estimates and actual usage varies by layout, pattern matching choices, and trim waste. We recommend a buffer to avoid running short mid project.
Installation
How should I prep my walls? Prep
Walls should be smooth, clean, dry, and dust free. Fill, sand, and wipe down thoroughly. Any dust, oils, or residue can cause bubbles or lifting.
For Peel and Stick, avoid textured walls and avoid freshly painted walls that have not fully cured.
Will Peel & Stick work on orange peel or textured walls? Texture
Texture reduces adhesive contact. Even light orange peel can lead to lifting, bubbles, or seams over time.
If the wall has texture, the most reliable path is smoothing first, or choosing Traditional or Pre Pasted installed with paste.
Is Peel & Stick recommended for bathrooms? Bathrooms
Peel and Stick can work in powder rooms and well ventilated bathrooms. Humidity swings and heat can increase the chance of lifting over time. For bathrooms, many customers prefer Pre Pasted or Traditional with paste for the most stable long term result.
My Peel & Stick is lifting, bubbling, or not sticking. What should I do? Troubleshoot
When bubbles keep returning, the most common causes are wall texture, uncured paint, dust or residue, humidity, or overhandling during install.
Many customers reinforce Peel and Stick with a clear wallpaper adhesive for a permanent install when walls are challenging or the room has humidity swings.
Returns
Do you offer refunds or returns? Policy
Because wallpaper is printed to order, refunds are not offered once an order is processed. When a return is approved, it is store credit only for unopened, unused, unrolled rolls, minus the processing fee listed in our policy.
Installed, cut, opened, or partially used material is not returnable.
Can I cancel or change my order after checkout? Changes
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change anything, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing begins, changes and cancellations are typically not possible.
Trade
I applied for trade. When does my discount start? Trade
Trade pricing applies to orders placed with the approved trade email address. If you placed an order before approval, that order follows standard processing and shipping. Future orders will reflect your trade terms automatically when you checkout with the approved email.
