Store credit
Issued if a replacement is not practical or if timing makes a reprint impractical.

How to request a resolution

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging if damage occurred in transit

Please contact us promptly after delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders placed at different times may have slight batch variation. Always order your full quantity at once.

Issues caused by improper surface prep, wall conditions, adhesive choice, or installation error are not covered.
