Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect all rolls prior to cutting, installing, or modifying the product.
Installation, cutting, or alteration constitutes acceptance of the goods.
Canvas & Ivy is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Canvas & Ivy warrants that products will be free from material manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If a product arrives materially damaged or defective, the customer must notify support within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of outer packaging
• Clear photos of labels
• Clear photos of the alleged defect
Failure to provide notice within seven (7) days may limit available remedies.
If a manufacturing defect is verified, Canvas & Ivy will, at its sole option:
• Replace the defective roll; or
• Issue a refund for the defective roll only.
Remedies are limited to the affected roll(s) and do not extend to entire orders unless multiple rolls are proven defective.

Canvas & Ivy shall not be liable for:
• Installation costs
• Labor costs
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Lost profits
• Project delays
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Except for the limited warranty stated above, products are provided “AS IS” and without any additional express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
Customers agree to contact Canvas & Ivy prior to initiating a payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s rights under applicable law. However, where a chargeback is filed for a fulfilled and delivered order without prior contact, Canvas & Ivy reserves the right to present evidence of policy acceptance, delivery confirmation, and product compliance to the issuing bank.
