By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from www.canvasandivy.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

By placing an order, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and all other policies published on the Site.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All Canvas & Ivy products are custom, made-to-order items printed exclusively for each individual purchase at our facility. Production may begin shortly after order placement.

• Order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase.
• After this window, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted for any reason.
• This includes, but is not limited to, timeline changes, paint decisions, installer scheduling issues, measurement errors, or personal circumstances.

Canvas & Ivy reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

2. Final Sale Acknowledgment

All products are final sale due to their custom-made nature. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your order is custom-produced.
• It cannot be restocked or resold.
• You waive any right to return the product based on change of mind, preference, or ordering error.

3. Color, Material & Print Variations

Wallpaper is produced using professional print processes that naturally yield minor variations. Variations are inherent and are not defects.

• Color may vary between different material types (Peel & Stick, Pre-Pasted, Traditional, Type II).
• Color may vary between samples, panels, and full production rolls.
• Color may vary between print batches.
• Digital screens display color differently than physical print.

Canvas & Ivy does not guarantee exact color matches to screens, samples, photographs, social media images, influencer posts, or prior orders. Customers are responsible for ordering samples in the exact material they intend to purchase.

4. Installation Responsibility

Canvas & Ivy does not perform installation services and makes no warranties regarding installation results.

Installation outcomes are influenced by wall condition, primer selection, paint curing time, surface texture, humidity, dust, environmental factors, and installer skill.

Canvas & Ivy is not responsible for:

• Wall damage
• Adhesion failure
• Removal damage
• Improper primer use
• Moisture-related issues
• Installer mistakes

Under no circumstances will Canvas & Ivy reimburse installation fees, removal costs, contractor expenses, painter fees, or wall repair costs.

5. Inspection Requirement

Customers must inspect all rolls immediately upon receipt and prior to installation.

• Once wallpaper is installed, cut, trimmed, or altered, it is deemed accepted.
• Issues discovered after installation has begun are not eligible for replacement or consideration.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Canvas & Ivy is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather interruptions, scanning errors, peak-season backlogs, or transit disruptions once the package is in carrier possession.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canvas & Ivy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation:

• Installation or removal costs
• Project delays
• Scheduling conflicts
• Lost profits
• Business interruption

Maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Canvas & Ivy to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks on delivered goods may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law, including recovery of administrative costs, processing fees, collection costs, and attorney’s fees where applicable.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canvas & Ivy, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Product installation or removal
• Improper use
• Failure to follow instructions
• Violation of these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product images, text, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Canvas & Ivy. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, modification, scraping, AI training use, or derivative works are strictly prohibited without written consent.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

12. Changes to Terms

Canvas & Ivy may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
