Canvas & Ivy — SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Canvas & Ivy Trade Program text messaging service. They are separate from, and in addition to, our general Terms of Service.

Canvas & Ivy Trade Program (operated by Canvas & Ivy).

2. Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our Trade Program application, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Canvas & Ivy relating to your trade account. Messages include order and shipping updates, sample and quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support replies, and occasional trade-only offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. This is a recurring message program.

6. Opt-out and help instructions

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported carriers

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's service availability. Not all carriers or handsets support all message types.

9. Privacy

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
