A modern pattern of stacked arches in earth tones — burnt sienna, rust, mustard, deep teal, walnut, and warm taupe — drawn as simple concentric U-shapes nested inside one another and distributed across a flecked cream ground. The arches vary in scale and proportion, with some reading as low and wide while others stretch tall and narrow. Each arch is built from two or three concentric bands of color separated by thin cream gaps, like rainbow shapes deconstructed into desert tonality.
The composition has a casual scrapbook quality. Arches are oriented with their openings facing down, like miniature doorways, and stacked at varying heights so the wall reads as continuous repetition rather than a strict grid. The palette is unmistakably 1970s reborn for contemporary use — saturated rust and mustard tempered by deep forest teal, with cream and warm taupe providing rest between the brighter notes. Small flecks throughout the cream ground suggest handmade paper.
This is paper for rooms that want both warmth and contemporary playfulness. A child's bedroom that wants to grow with its occupant, a guest bath in a Southwestern-leaning home, a small reading room, a hallway in a renovated mid-century house. Pair it with limewashed oak, terracotta tile, woven jute, leather seating in cognac, and ceramics in matte glazes. The earth-tone palette ensures the paper reads warm in any condition; the simple arch motif keeps the room from feeling fussy or precious. Avoid pairing with traditional florals — this paper wants Scandinavian-Mediterranean company.
Wallpaper pattern is 24" x 24" repeat.
