Love my paper. The assignment was dark and moody with a solor tube added in to the mix and it's a perfect balance of light and dark.

Graphic and poetic, this design interprets canine form through shadow and negative space. Deep navy silhouettes of seated dogs are interwoven with painterly wildflowers in powder blue, muted indigo, and softened flax. The botanical elements partially overlap the figures, creating a layered interplay between solid form and delicate bloom. The background, a pale misted blue-gray, keeps the overall effect airy despite the strong contrast.
The pattern scale is balanced and rhythmic, with ample breathing room between motifs. The restrained palette—cool blues paired with gentle wheat tones—gives the composition a modern sensibility while retaining a pastoral undertone. The matte, flat coloration of the silhouettes contrasts elegantly with the more fluid floral brushwork.
Wallpaper pattern is 24" x 24" repeat.
