A saturated cobalt-blue ground holds a tall, repeating ogee lattice in a slightly brighter electric blue — vertical pointed-oval shapes stacked top to bottom in a continuous repeat. The geometry is precise but the line weight is loose and slightly imperfect, giving the field a hand-painted rather than printed quality. There's no secondary motif and no figurative element — just the structured ogee rhythm.
Scale is medium-large and the verticality is pronounced, giving any room a visual lift. The two-tone single-blue palette is unusually committed — closer to a Yves Klein color study than a traditional patterned wall — and the structured geometry recalls midcentury wallpaper from the late 1950s and early 1960s.
A bold choice for a powder room, a small dining room, a foyer, or a child's bedroom that wants saturation. Pairs with brass, white marble, white-painted furniture, and crisp Lucite. The cobalt holds up under any lighting condition but reads richest in candlelight and warm lamps. Best in rooms with strong architecture — crown molding, wainscoting, generous trim — that can frame the saturated field.
