A 1960s beach-club scene rendered in the matte, slightly grainy style of a vintage travel poster — striped cobalt-and-white parasols, sun-bright yellow umbrellas, dark-leafed palm trees, wooden lifeguard chairs, and slatted sling-back beach loungers arranged across a dusty cream ground with painterly cast shadows. The palette is restrained to four colors plus the ground: cobalt, golden yellow, deep palm green, and a warm walnut brown for the wood furniture.
The pattern reads as a continuous postcard scene rather than a tight repeat, with parasols and lounge chairs distributed at varying scales to suggest perspective. The print quality has the slightly imperfect registration of mid-century lithography — small color shifts where the inks didn't quite align, faint grain across the cream ground, and edges that feel hand-cut rather than vector-clean. The mood is unmistakably Riviera or Miami circa 1962.
The paper belongs in rooms that want to feel like a vacation. A pool-house bar, a Florida room, a guest bath in a beach cottage, a child's room aiming for grown-up charm rather than cartoon palette. Pair it with cane furniture, terrazzo flooring, white-painted bead-board, and lemon-yellow upholstery. It works equally well as a single statement wall or papered through an entire small room — the cream ground keeps it from feeling heavy, and the cobalt provides enough contrast to anchor it against any neutral textile.
Wallpaper pattern is 24" x 24" repeat.
