Why Canvas & Ivy

Not manufactured.
Made.

Every roll is produced to order with the precision of a master printmaker — never mass-produced, never pulled from a warehouse shelf. The same obsession with material, color, and finish that defines the world's finest ateliers defines what goes on your wall.

Made to order
24″ wide panels
3 material types
Museum grade output

Materials selected, not settled on

The way a fine watchmaker sources movement components — we source substrates. Three distinct material types, each chosen for how it performs on the wall, how it feels under your hand, and how it ages. Nothing commodity. Nothing off-the-rack.

Materials

A surface that rewards close inspection

No plastic gloss. No cheap sheen. A controlled, low-luster finish with real depth — the kind of surface you'd expect from a gallery print, not a home improvement aisle. It reads differently in person. That's the point.

Finish

Precision you can see at the seam

Repeat alignment engineered to tolerances that make seams disappear. The same exactness you'd find in marquetry or bespoke joinery — applied to every panel, every pattern. The craft shows where the pieces meet.

Precision

Color that doesn't fade with the season

Archival-grade, lightfast inks formulated for permanence — the same approach fine art printers use to preserve color for decades. South-facing windows, afternoon sun, bright rooms. Your walls hold.

Craft + conviction

The difference is in
what you can't unsee

Most wallpaper looks fine in a thumbnail. The separation happens at arm's length — in how light moves across the surface, how seams vanish, how color stays true after a year of sun.

FINISH

Gallery-grade surface, residential application

The same low-luster, depth-rich finish used in museum-quality giclée prints — applied to wallcovering. No glare, no vinyl sheen. A surface that shifts beautifully with natural light and photographs as well as it presents in person.

Museum-grade finish · Light-reactive depth · Zero plastic look
PERMANENCE

Archival inks. Not decorative inks.

Lightfast, UV-stable formulations built for permanence — the same ink philosophy used by conservators and fine art studios. Color doesn't drift. It doesn't yellow. A year from now, two years from now, the wall reads the same.

Archival-grade inks · UV-stable · No color drift
PRECISION

Engineered like joinery. Installed like wallpaper.

Pattern repeats calibrated so panels meet with the same exactness as hand-fitted woodwork. Seams disappear. Patterns flow. Whether you're DIY or hiring a pro, the precision is built into the product — not left to chance.

Precision repeats · Invisible seams · DIY or professional
PROVENANCE

Produced for your project. No one else's.

Every order is printed individually — never batch-produced, never warehoused. Color consistency is locked to your specific run, the way a master printer pulls a limited edition. Your walls get a product made with intention, not inventory.

Individual production · Color-locked · Zero batch variance

See it before you commit.

Order a 8″ × 11″ sample — full-scale detail, tiled repeat, true color — and judge the quality in your own room's light. Some things you have to see at arm's length.

Four steps. No guesswork. Every order is produced individually with the care of a fine art print run — then engineered for clean installation.

Browse the collection and find the design that fits your space — filter by style, color, or room. Order a sample to see it in your lighting first.

Measure & order

Enter your wall dimensions for instant pricing. Choose Peel & Stick, Pre-Pasted, or Traditional — then pick single or double rolls.

Crafted for your project

Your wallpaper is printed on archival-grade stock and color-locked to your specific run — the way a master printer pulls a limited edition.

Install & enjoy

Panels are engineered for repeat alignment — seams disappear, patterns line up. Follow our install guide or hand it to your installer.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know
before you order

Still on the fence? These are the questions we hear most from customers deciding on their first order.

What if I'm not sure about the scale or color from photos alone?

That's exactly what samples are for. Every sample is 8″ × 12″ and includes a tiled repeat section so you can see how the pattern flows, plus a full-scale zoomed-in section showing the actual print detail and color in your lighting. If you need even more confidence, order a 24″ × 24″ panel for a true-scale preview on your wall.

Peel & Stick, Pre-Pasted, or Traditional — which one should I pick?

Peel & Stick is ideal for smooth walls, rentals, and quick updates — it's repositionable and removable. Pre-Pasted activates with water and gives a strong, lasting bond with a more paper-like feel. Traditional (non-woven) is the pro-preferred option — paste the wall, hang the panel, and get the cleanest seams on large or complex walls. All three use the same premium print quality.

Can I really install this myself, or should I hire someone?

Most of our customers install themselves — especially with Peel & Stick. Our panels are engineered for repeat alignment so the pattern matching is intuitive, not frustrating. We include an install guide with every order. That said, if you're covering a large room or multiple walls, a professional installer can save time and ensure the cleanest result.

How long until my order arrives?

Every order is made to order — we don't pull from a warehouse. Production timelines reflect the level of care and precision we put into each run, and we're continuously investing in better equipment and processes to raise that standard even further. Your checkout page will show an estimated delivery window based on your specific order. If you have a firm install date, reach out before ordering and we'll give you a realistic timeline.

Will Peel & Stick work on my textured or freshly painted walls?

Texture reduces adhesive contact — even light orange peel can cause lifting over time. For textured walls, we recommend smoothing first or choosing Traditional or Pre-Pasted with paste. For freshly painted walls, wait at least 3–4 weeks for the paint to fully cure before applying Peel & Stick.

How many rolls do I need? What if I order too few?

Each product page calculates coverage based on your wall dimensions. We always recommend ordering a buffer — running short mid-project means a separate production run, and because every order is individually color-locked, there can be subtle variation between runs. The safest move is to order all your rolls together so they're produced as a single matched set.

What's your return policy?

Because every order is individually produced to your specifications — not pulled from stock — refunds are not offered once production begins. This is the same model used by custom ateliers and bespoke manufacturers: the product is made for you, and the quality reflects that commitment. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to confirm color, texture, and scale in your space.
